The IVO Patient Portal app is available for download on smartphones for iOS and Android platforms.

Yes, you need to identify yourself as an IVO patient in order to access your appointment history, confirm your next appointments or request a change to your appointment, among other things. To do this, the patient portal will ask you to enter an e-mail address and your IVO medical history number. 

On the home screen of the application, click on the link, Forgot your password? A new screen will open asking you to enter a new password of your choice to access the patient portal and your e-mail address.

The IVO patient portal currently allows you to download emergency, hospitalisation and discharge medical reports. If you wish to access any other documentation, you can request it from the History tab and click on the Request Other Documentation button.

In the Profile tab, you can check your details and request a change if you find that any of them are incorrect by clicking on the Update Profile

link. You can change your date of birth, your telephone number, and your address if you find any errors.

 

The process of sending the verification e-mail is automatic, but it is likely that, depending on your email server, our verification email will be stored in your spam or promotions folder. 

Also, it should be noted that this verification link expires after ten minutes. So, it is possible that the solution is to generate a new one. To do this, log in with your e-mail address and password in the patient portal and a new verification e-mail will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
