Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el c\u00e0ncer de coll uter\u00ed o c\u00e8rvix?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

El c\u00e0ncer de coll d\u2019\u00fater (c\u00e8rvix) s’origina com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d\u2019una infecci\u00f3 no resuelta d\u2019alguns genotips de virus del papil\u00b7loma hum\u00e0 (VPH). Detectat a temps, t\u00e9 un \u00edndex de curaci\u00f3 del 80%.<\/p>

Hi ha dos estrat\u00e8gies de prevenci\u00f3 del c\u00e0ncer de cervix uter\u00ed: Prevenci\u00f3 Prim\u00e0ria (vacunaci\u00f3 VPH) i Prevenci\u00f3 Secund\u00e0ria (Garbellament o Revisi\u00f3)<\/p>

El Garbellament consistix en realitzar una citologia de coll d\u2019\u00fater o la determinaci\u00f3 del virus del papiloma hum\u00e0 (VPH)<\/p>

La citologia \u00e9s la t\u00e8cnica utilitzada per al diagn\u00f2stic preco\u00e7 del c\u00e0ncer (i les seues lesions precanceroses).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A totes les dones majors de 25 anys a partir del tercer any de l\u2019inici de les relacions sexuals.<\/p>

La revisi\u00f3 finalitza als 65 anys. No han de fer-se una citologia les dones que mai han tingut relacions sexuals i les dones operades d’\u00fater (histerectomia total) per causa benigna. Independentment de la revisi\u00f3 m\u00e8dica citol\u00f2gica, es pot demanar cita si es presenten algun dels seg\u00fcents s\u00edmptomes:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
