El que mengem, la falta d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica, l\u2019exc\u00e9s de sol, la contaminaci\u00f3 del medi ambient, l\u2019alcohol i sobretot el tabac s\u00f3n els principals factors de risc de c\u00e0ncer per davant de la predisposici\u00f3 gen\u00e8tica.\r\n\r\nAmb el coneixement d\u2019estos factors podem intervindre positivament almenys en alguns d\u2019ells i reduir el risc de desenvolupar algun proc\u00e9s oncol\u00f2gic.\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>El 30% de les morts per c\u00e0ncer es produ\u00efxen a causa del tabac.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>El 90% de les persones amb c\u00e0ncer de pulm\u00f3 s\u00f3n fumadores.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>El 40% de les defuncions per malalties oncol\u00f2giques estan relacionats amb el sobrep\u00e9s i l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Entre el 50% i el 70% dels tumors en la pell estan associats al sol.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>El 3,5% de les morts per c\u00e0ncer s\u00f3n atribu\u00efbles a l\u2019alcohol.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element secund\u00e0ria<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47ea60d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"47ea60d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<b>L\u2019objectiu<\/b>\u00a0de les accions de prevenci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria \u00e9s avan\u00e7ar-se per a guanyar la carrera al c\u00e0ncer,\u00a0<b>detectar preco\u00e7ment tumors<\/b>\u00a0abans que evolucionen a un estat maligne o en les fases inicials de la malaltia oncol\u00f2gica.\r\n\r\n<b>Un xicotet percentatge (entre el 5 i el 10%) dels tumors localitzats a Espanya s\u00f3n hereditaris.<\/b>\u00a0El consell gen\u00e8tic consistix en unes proves que s\u2019oferixen a individus amb historials personals o familiars que suggerixen susceptibilitat gen\u00e8tica a patir c\u00e0ncer. Encara que no totes les persones que presenten esta predisposici\u00f3 el desenvoluparan\u00a0al llarg de la seua vida. No obstant aix\u00f2, si es diagnostica a temps, en les fases en qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 localitzat<b>,\u00a0<\/b>pot curar-se entre el 70 i el 90% dels casos.\r\n\r\nD\u2019ac\u00ed prov\u00e9 la import\u00e0ncia que les persones que, per la seua edat i sexe, pertanyen a grups de risc participen en\u00a0<b>programes de prevenci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria: detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7 i consell gen\u00e8tic<\/b>, que suposen una ajuda inestimable per a descobrir a temps moltes malalties oncol\u00f2giques.\r\n\r\nD\u2019esta manera, la incid\u00e8ncia de determinats tipus de c\u00e0ncer podria reduir-se en:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong><b>C\u00e0ncer de mama, 90%<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong><b>C\u00e0ncer de c\u00f2lon, 90%<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>C\u00e0ncer de Pell, 100%<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong><b>C\u00e0ncer de pulm\u00f3, 80% si es detecta en el I Estadi<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>C<b>\u00e0ncer de c\u00e8rvix, 80%<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\"
