i un 20\u00a0%.<\/li><li>Schwannoma vestibular (mal anomenat \u00abneurinoma de l&#8217;ac\u00fastic\u00bb), representen un 8\u00a0% del total.<\/li><li>Tumor hipof\u00edtic, entre un 5 i 7\u00a0%.<\/li><\/ul><p>Entre els malignes trobem:<\/p><ul><li>Met\u00e0stasi encef\u00e0lica, es tracta del tumor maligne m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents.<\/li><li>Glioblastoma, entre un 12 i un 15\u00a0%.<\/li><li>Astrocitoma, en un 10\u00a0%.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La\u00a0cirurgia\u00a0\u00e9s el tractament de primera elecci\u00f3 en gran part dels tumors benignes i malignes, de manera exclusiva o seguida de\u00a0radioter\u00e0pia.<\/p><p>B\u00e9 per la seua localitzaci\u00f3 profunda (o en una \u00e0rea que pot tindre seq\u00fceles neurol\u00f2giques importants) o b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 el pacient puga tindre problemes anest\u00e8sics, es pot plantejar el tractament amb\u00a0radioter\u00e0pia\u00a0com ara radiocirurgia en el cas de tumors xicotets, o radioter\u00e0pia estereot\u00e0ctica fraccionada o radioter\u00e0pia tridimensional en el cas de tumors de major grand\u00e0ria.<\/p><p>La\u00a0quimioter\u00e0pia\u00a0s&#8217;utilitza principalment en tumors malignes, habitualment combinada amb la radioter\u00e0pia. Tamb\u00e9 es pot utilitzar\u00a0un tractament sist\u00e8mic\u00a0amb antiangiog\u00e8nics com el bevacizumab.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\"
