These are devices with a touchscreen on the top where patients must go and confirm their arrival at the centre every time they come for their appointments.\u00a0<\/p><p>The device will print out a ticket with basic appointment information (location and time) and an identifier, which will appear on the waiting room screen when it is the patient&#8217;s turn to enter the consultation room.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Electronic Help Points also allow users:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efc5c8f Neurology and Radiology (densitometry, ultrasound scans and mammograms). <\/p><p>The <b>Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)<\/b> is located on the ground floor. It is, therefore, not necessary for companions to remain in the hospital while their relatives are in this unit.<\/p><p>It is important to leave a contact telephone number so that the family member can be reached. <\/p><p>The ICU&#8217;s <strong>visiting hours are from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>In the Inpatient Unit<\/strong> visits are allowed throughout the entire day, but it is advisable that they take place in the afternoons so as not to interrupt the hospital&#8217;s functions. <\/p><p>We recommend that a maximum of 2 companions per patient be in the rooms in order to respect the peace of the other hospitalised patients.
